Typically children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket to enter the SAP Center and occupy their ticketed seats only. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different age policy.

For sporting events at the arena, doors open 90 minutes before the start of the event.

For SAP Center concerts, although subject to change, general arena doors open 60 minutes before the event start time.

Entry into SAP Center for a concert, sports or theatrical event is available by mobile ticketing. Mobile ticketing delivers your tickets right to your smartphone. When you arrive at the arena, you present your phone to the attendant at the gate.

The majority of guests wear their favorite team's jersey or sweater or concert t-shirts. If you are going to a hockey game, fans may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as the temperature inside SAP Center ranges between 60F (15C) and 65F (18C).
