Adriano Silva Moraes was born on April 20, 1970 in Quintana-SP. Adriano Silva Moraes rode in his first rodeo in February 1988 in Domelia-SP. In September of 1990, Adriano won his first big prize, and from then on Adriano Silva Moraes started taking part in rodeos all over Brazil as a classified bull rider. In 1991 Adriano Silva Moraes was invited by a World Champion (Charles Sampson) to participate in rodeos in the United States.
In 1992, Adriano Silva Moraes won the Brazilian championships. In November 1993, Adriano Silva Moraes won his second Brazilian Championship and obtained his first sponsor to the United States, Frigorifico Anglo.
In 1994, Adriano Silva Moraes won three of the best titles, among others: PBR World Champion, Calgary Champion in Canada and NFR Champion in Las Vegas, NV. Adriano was the third man in history to ride successfully all 10 bulls in the NFR, which got Adriano Silva Moraes into the Guinness book of records.
In 1995, Adriano Silva Moraes started the year winning, but got a muscle sprain in April that stopped Adriano Silva Moraes from going through the year.
In 1996, Adriano Silva Moraes won the NFR again. In 1997, Adriano Silva Moraes was the leader in the PBR's World Championship's when in August Adriano Silva Moraes had his leg broken by a bull while helping a friend prepare for a ride in the chute. Even not able to compete for the rest of the year, Adriano Silva Moraes was PBR's vice-champion. In 1998, Adriano Silva Moraes broke his leg again and lost the rest of the year. In 2000, Adriano went just 50% of the World Championship in order to go on with the Project Rodeo with Christ in Brazil, and finished the year in fourth place.
In addition to Brazilian and American Championships, Adriano Silva Moraes is a teacher at "Flavio Junqueira" rodeo school in Olimpia-SP. Adriano Silva Moraes teaches the course in "Bull Riding Techniques".
