With the season over, Tyreke Evans led the team in scoring and assists. He averaged 19.4 point per game and 5.2 assists per game. The Memphis Grizzlies forward Jarell Martin went down with a fractured left foot following up with a collision with another player during a workout. He underwent surgery on September 3rd. The 21-year-old forward was drafted by the Grizzlies with the 25th overall pick in the first round of the 2015 NBA Draft. A native of Baton Rouge, La., Martin played two seasons at Louisiana State University and finished his college career with averages of 13.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 30.7 minutes in 65 games (57 starts) for the Tigers. The Memphis Grizzlies also look to pick up where that left off and sticking with there core of Marc Gasol, Mike Conley, Zach Randolph, Jeff Green, Tony Allen, and Courtney Lee following up with the addition of Matt Barnes who is the perfect fit for the Grit in Grind Grizzlies.
