Sugarland is one of the hottest music duo’s on the country music scene. Founded by singer Kristian Bush in 2002 with Kristen Hall, Jennifer Nettles made Sugarland a trio when she joined the group in 2003. It wasn’t long before Kristen Hall left the group citing she was feeling pressured by money and image, thus reverting Sugarland back to a duo.
Since their official debut in 2003, Sugarland has released six albums and five No. 1 Country Singles. They quickly made a name for themselves as one of the hottest Country acts around. Sugarland has been nominated for sixty-five major music awards and has won eighteen of them, including two Grammy Awards. Sugarland has performed on six tours as an opening act and have headlined five of their own tours. Their big tour of 2011, The Incredible Machine, ran from March 3, 2011 until October 22, 2011.
Sugarland is currently embarking on their newest tour on April 5, 2012. Sugarland will be performing relentlessly August 18, 2012.
