Hollywood Bowl 2014 Schedule What To Expect

If you enjoy warm summer nights, great music, wine, cheese, outdoors and great musical acts there is only one place to get all of the above, the world famous Hollywood Bowl. Located in the heart of Hollywood on 2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles Ca 90068 just minutes off the 101 the Bowl offers some of the most legendary acts, hottest new bands and overall just a wonderful experience and night. The Hollywood Bowl offers so many different types of music there is always something for everyone during their season from Jazz lovers series, the Philharmonic, Rock N Roll, Classic Groups from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s and even Musical lovers.

First of the list is Black Sabbath, so, you should be ready to head bang the night away as they blow your mind with one of the best rock music that the music industry has to offer. They are going to be followed by Chic who will also be featuring Giorgio Moroder. They will be on the 10th this May. Journey will also be with the Steve Miller Band. This makes it three concerts in the Bowl performed by bands or a group. So, interested audiences should be ready with a myriad of talents.

Billy Joel will also be coming to town for three shows on different days. Be ready to be serenaded by that, but if you are a fan of another great performer in the name of Bruno Mars, then you might want to wait until the end of May and the 1st of June to see him in the Hollywood Bowl. It is a pick between these two artists in the month of May, and if you cannot pick one, then, go to all of their concerts.

Barry Gibb, One Republic, and James Taylor are also coming over for their individual shows – three performances in four nights. What more can a music enthusiast ask for?

The Playboy Jazz Festival with the master of Ceremonies George Lopez is always one of my favorite events at the Bowl. Be sure though that you come prepared with everything because this might be a wild one in two consecutive days of some of the best Jazz you have ever heard.

They will be having fireworks in all those days, and they will also be featuring Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers and Edie Brickell as their guest.

If you are a fan of a group of individuals blending their voices together at perfect pitch with ease, then you might want to listen to the Los Angeles Philharmonic. They will be visiting Hollywood Bowl several times this year performing different pieces. This means you have more choices, and more chances of experience their breathtaking voices.

The Simpsons will also be celebrating its 25th year of airing on television with a three-day event starting on the 12th of September. Therefore, if you are one of those who is young at heart, this is one event that you will be looking forward to.
