Currently, Big Man DeAndre Jordan who plays Center for the LA Clippers is third on that list with 600ish games played, and he has a chance to catch up to Randy Smith by the end of 2017-2018 season.

Randy Smith is first on the list for most points as well. He scored a total of 12,735 points wearing the Clippers jersey. Blake Griffin is fourth on that list with 9.000ish points. Second are Bob McAdoo with 9,434 points and Elton Brand with 9336 points.
