It's confirmed: Spider-Man is becoming a musical. The show, which has a gargantuan $35 mil budget, will open in February 2010 at Broadway's Hilton Theater. Variety says U2 gods Bono and The Edge are feverishly at work writing music and lyrics for Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark, which will be helmed by Julie Taymor of Lion King and Titus fame.
