Barrys Tickets - Shipping Information


 

Federal Express:
Tickets are shipped using an expedited 2-3 day shipping service to ensure that you receive them before the event. Tickets require signature upon delivery to ensure that you receive them safely.

Barry's Ticket Service ships via FedEx to the billing address ONLY.
-ALL FedEx and all shipments require signature upon delivery.
-Barry's Ticket Service is not responsible for any shipping delays as a result of Federal Express or acts of God.
-Delivery estimates apply to the day your tickets are shipped, which may be different from the day the order was placed.

Picking-Up Tickets

  • By choosing to "pick up your tickets" the customer is solely responsible for picking up the tickets at the location that they choose.
  • BARRYS TICKET SERVICE, INC. is not responsible for traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other reason that you may fail to pick-up your tickets.
  • When picking up your tickets you MUST bring a valid Photo ID along with the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets. The credit card MUST match the name on your Photo ID.

Special Handling:
Special Handling is needed to ensure your tickets are delivered on time for you to enjoy the event. You will be given delivery details by our agent upon confirmation of your order.

Express Delivery:
Tickets are shipped using a 2 - 3 business day shipping service and are shipped in time to ensure you receive them before the event.

Expedited Delivery:
Tickets are shipped using an expedited next day shipping service and are shipped in time to ensure you receive them before the event.

Pick Ups:
Tickets are generally available for pick up 48 hours after your order is confirmed, we will contact you with a pick update should your tickets require more time. It is your responsibility to pick up the tickets, we are not responsible for any conditions (weather, traffic, etc.) outside of our control and no refunds will be issued for tickets that are not picked up. Tickets can only be picked up by the credit card holder with the card and picture ID in hand. If the event is within 48 hours, tickets may not be available at all locations.
