Where to park for the Balboa Theatre:
Civic Theatre - 1100 Third Avenue @ B Street
For Civic Theatre events, we recommend parking at the Evan V. Jones Concourse Parkade - this 11-story facility offers easy access to the Civic Theatre entrance (take elevators to Street 'S' level). You can avoid many of the traffic back-ups by utilizing the 1st Avenue & B Street or the 2nd Avenue & A Street entrances (3rd Avenue & B Street entrance is the most heavily used).
Event access is after 5:30pm Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Advance Parking Passes (valid for Concourse Parkade only) for most Civic Theatre events may be purchased at the same time as your event tickets.please ask our operators.
Balboa Theatre - 868 Fourth Avenue @ E Street
For Balboa Theatre events, we recommend parking at the NBC Building Garage at 225 Broadway. This underground facility offers easy access to the Balboa Theatre entrance and you can avoid the heavy traffic congestion frequently encountered on Fourth Avenue. Event access is after 5:30pm Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Enter Broadway Circle from the intersection of 2nd Ave. and Broadway and follow around to the garage entrance down-ramp on the left, directly across from the Levi's Store.

The Balboa Theatre is not a part of Westfield Horton Plaza and does not offer any validations if patrons choose to use their garage facilities. Patrons parking in the Westfield Horton Plaza Garage are subject to validation ticket policies and/or standard hourly fees as established by their Management.
