"I wanted to thank you for your help with the tickets you helped me purchase for the FRAY. You might recall I purchased these tickets the Saturday afternoon before the Wednesday show. As I mentioned to you on the phone, I bought these tickets to surprise my wife and the evening was a total success. We had a WONDERFUL experience with the VIP parking, VIP pass, and ultimately the great seats!!!
I was really surprised how easy the process was using your service and how competitively priced your tickets were compared to other ticket agents. The biggest surprise was your call to me a little less than an hour after I bought the tickets on-line requesting to upgrade my tickets from Orch 2 row K, to Orch 3 row B. I'm a proponent of working with business that have their customers best interest in mind, and clearly you had my best interest in mind.
We met a very nice couple who sat next to us who also obtained their tickets via Barry's Tickets; they let me know that they have had a long relationship with their ticket agent and that he always got them the best tickets at the best rates. I looking forward to working with you again for my tickets needs in the future. " |

| "Wow! Great seats, and the parking was the best. 1 out of 10 rating, I'll give you a 12. Thanks for calling me back, I would have sat on the decision too long and they would have gotten away. My son and I had a fantastic father / son outing. Bonds didn't hit the BIG ONE, but the come back by the Dodgers in the last inning was memorable.

| "I ordered baseball tix today on [barrystickets.com]. Apparently the tickets won't be shipped until March, and Jenny (a Barry's Ticket Service sales representative) called me to let me know. And then followed up when my card was charged. She was great, very polite and impressive. With Oasis coming back to Verizon in Irvine in May, and no doubt summer tour also will be at the verizon. And more baseball tickets in late May for a trip...I'm going to be buying more tix with you guys soon. Thanks again! " |

"I would like to take a moment to thank you for your outstanding service today. I am a very busy guy, traveling between three homes and multiple jobs & projects. When I began to realize that I didn't remember where I had put my tickets (for the STYX concert), I had some concerns coming up....Then, it was 'Jerry (a Barry's Ticket Service representative) to the rescue.' I am gratefuly with how prompt, courteous and efficient you were in resolving the issue. Thanks for immediately handling it. On top of the quick resolution, I appreciated that you took the time to give me a follow-up call to make sure that I had received the reissued tickets. Even though I was at fault for losing the tix, you treated me with class, dignity & enthusiasm.
In an age when electronic answering services often make it nearly impossible to deal with a real human being, I am especially gratefuly for service such as yours. In the future, if I have a choice, I will choose BARRY's TICKETS over any others."
