From the University of Oklahoma comes linebacker Curtis Lofton, cornerback Chevis Jackson from Louisiana State University, wide receiver Harry Douglas from the University of Louisville, safety Thomas DeCoud coming from the University of California, linebacker Robert James from Arizona State University as well as fellow linebacker Kroy Biermann from University of Montana are among the eleven rookies that have now earned their spot on the team of fellow Atlanta Falcons.
