KANSAS CITY CHIEFS:
The Kansas City Chiefs were founded as part of the AFL in 1960 and joined the NFL in 1970. To date the Kansas City Chiefs have won seven Division Championships and one AFL-NFL Super Bowl in 1969. Since 1972 the Kansas City Chiefs have been playing their home games at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Kansas City Chiefs have had their fair share of NFL stars, including notorious Dan Marino, Derrick Thomas, and Joe Montana. In the last decade however the Kansas City Chiefs have fared quite poorly, going 9-7 in 1999, 7-9 in 2000, 6-10 in 2001, 8-8 in 2002, and then a surprisingly great year in 2003 with 13-3, then another dip in 2004 with 7-9, a solid year in 2006 with 10 wins and 6 losses, 4-12 in 2007, and then last season the Kansas City Chiefs reached an all-time low of just two wins and a staggering fourteen losses.

As the Kansas City Chiefs step into their 2009 season, they are already 0-4; not the best outlook so early into the season. However, they have also had their fair share of change recently as well. From firing the head coach last year and bringing on Todd Haley, former coach for the Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, and the New York Jets. Aside from the new coach, the Kansas City Chiefs traded Tony Gonzalez to the Atlanta Falcons we well as acquiring six new players.
