Pacific Amphitheater Information:
The Los Angeles Pacific Amphitheatre is an amphitheatre located in Costa Mesa , Orange County , California on the OC Fair & Event Center grounds. The amphitheatre used to attract a lot of complaints from the nearby residents because the fairgrounds were smack in the middle of residential developments. This led to the closure of the Pacific Amphitheater Los Angeles in the early 1990's.

Later in 2003, an agreement was reached between the residents and the Pacific Amphitheatre Los Angeles that the concerts will be held only in conjunction with the Orange County Fair. So it was reopened during the Orange County Fair in 2003. The Los Angeles Pacific Amphitheater used to have a splendid lawn for seating, but ever since the agreement that dealt with the noise complaints, the lawn area is no longer being used. This has reduced the seating capacity drastically, from 18,000 to 8,500.

It is recommended that concertgoers arrive early to avoid traffic and parking problems. During the Orange County , you have to be especially mindful of this. Saturdays and Sundays are quite crowded, so it is advisable to arrive as early as possible. Los Angeles Pacific Amphitheater opens as early as 90 minutes before the event. A visit to the Pacific Amphitheater Los Angeles during the Orange County Fair along with the family is a great experience. The Orange County Fair has something for everyone. There are fun rides, delicious food, exhibits and other entertainment options that can be enjoyed. Food and beverages are available inside the amphitheatre as well.
