AEG has announced its proposal for Farmers Field, a new stadium to be located in the heart of Los Angeles, in downtown. The stadium's naming rights were purchased by Farmers Insurance, with AEG dubbing it Farmers Field to symbolize growith and prosperity. The announcement by AEG to build Farmers Field comes with the promise of new jobs as well as a booming market for an NFL franchise among other positive potential effects of Farmers Field Stadium.

The massive venue is able to host four teams simultaneously. 32,000 parking spaces within a 15 minute walk to Farmers Field are already in operation. Which makes it easier to get to your event. This venue is an important part in Downtown Los Angeles recent revival, and will provide jobs and a great economic boost for the area.

No other city has a stadium located closer to its convention center. Stadium accessible location with access to Blue Line, Red Line- 3 Metro lines with 5 stops within walking distance. Farmers Field is at the nexus of 4 freeways and over 20 freeway interchanges. Target date for occupancy is Fall 2015. Most of the area surrounding The Farmers Field have been populated by great restaurants and lovely condos and apartment buildings.

The venue is designed not to really have a bad viewing spot. The majority of the seats in Farmers Field will be licensed through the use of Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs). A PSL is a license to purchase season tickets for a certain seat in a stadium and is a common practice among professional sports teams that are building a new stadium. The details and specific rights and obligations associated with the PSL's for Farmers Field will be provided at a later date.
