Eastern Conference members, Atlanta Hawks, were founded with the NBA in 1946, and have been members of Atlanta since 1968. Although he is credited for ending the Hawks long-time losing streak and getting them into their 1 st playoff game last season in a decade, he still feels he left the team as a better GM than when he started.
