If their recent performance in Toronto on February 7 is any indication, Rascal Flatts knows how to please a country loving crowd. Playing at the Air Canada Center with a two hour performance, Rascal Flatts pulled out all the stops with their highly intricate stage and lowered walkway, which made fans go crazy even before the music started. It set to tone for the whole rocking and rolling Rascal Flatts performance. Another great touch that had Rascal Flatts fans go crazy was the parts of the walkway that extended into the audience. Not any less crowd-pleasing were the fireworks that came out with a bang when Rascal Flatts performed their hit, "Me And My Gang".
Rascal Flatts' "Still Feels Good" tour, which is a tribute to their 2007-released album by the same name, definitely gives the fans a run for their ticket money, with every flashy touch they put in, but they still stay true to their deep down country roots. "The more you drink the better we sound," Rascal Flatt's singer Gary LeVox joked to the Toronto crowd, to which they responded raising their cups and cheering.
Throughout the entire live performance, Rascal Flatts showed off their versatile songs from "Take Me There", to the more mellow side of songs such as "To Make Her Love Me". Another change of pace was when Flatts came out and performed the more reggae sounding hit "Winner At A Losing Game". Nevertheless, they were definitely winners in every fans view. Whatever the mood, Rascal Flatts delivered it all and more in such an electric performance, the crowd never let down with their support and singing a long word for word. For all those who were craving some old school rock, Rascal Flatts brought that as well with their renditions of classics like Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama", AC/DC's "Back In Black", and The Guess's "Who's American Woman".
Not only were Rascal Flatts the evening crowd pleasers, but the opening 45 minute act of American Idol participant Kellie Pickler got the crowd going as well. With her popular hits including "Red High Heels", "Small Town Girl", and "One Of The Guys", Pickler sure did get the show off on a talented and beautiful start.
Stay tuned for all the ticket and "Still Feels Good" tour date information as it comes out. You definitely won't want to miss out on seeing the country music sensations, Rascal Flatts, live as they will be rocking and rolling a memorable night away near ya'll!
