John Mayer:
John Mayer was born October 16, 1977. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston , Mayer moved to Atlanta in 1997. It was there he released two studio albums Room for Squares and Heavier Things. Both albums reached multi-platinum in sales. In 2003 John Mayer won a Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for “Your Body is a Wonderland”, shooting him directly into the spotlight. Since then John Mayer has won six more Grammy's and an additional eight nominations. As of 2007 Mayer has won twenty other awards from various music associations.
