Since their first concert on February 10th 1985 at the Cosmic Art Space in Albuquerque New Mexico Green day has gone on to be a part of over sixteen concert tours and festivals. Green Day has played in concert over 1400 times since that first concert in 1985. Green Day has played over 850 times in the United States followed by 128 concert appearances in the United Kingdom, 91 concerts in Germany, over 80 performances in Canada as well. Green Day has only played in concert once in Colombia, Estonia, Hong Kong, South Korea and Serbia.

Green Day has played in concert over 250 times in California the most out of any state followed by playing in and around New York over 90 times. The guys have played in concert over 46 times in Texas, 33 times in Pennsylvania, 26 times in New Jersey and Ohio and 25 times in Washington. They have only played Vermont, West Virginia, Alaska and Delaware once since 1985.
