The first Depeche Mode concert in Los Angeles was May 16th 1982 for the bands "See You Tour" where they played the Roxy in West Hollywood. Their first setlist included "Shout", "Puppets", "Just Can't Get Enough" as well as "See You".

There have been over 43 Depeche Mode concerts in the Los Angeles area since their first one in 1982. Depeche Mode has played at the Staples Center
the most with seven concerts there with the last one in 2013 for their "The Delta Machine Tour" and all the way back to August 14th 2001 during their "Exciter Tour".
There have been seven Depeche Mode at The Forum concerts with the last time being on December 19th 1998 during their "The Singles Tour 86-89". The first time the band played the Inglewood Forum was on November 20th 1993 for the "Devotional Tour".
There have been five Depeche Mode Honda Center concerts with the last one being on November 23rd 2005 for their "Touring the Angel" tour. The Honda Center was called the Arrowhead Pond back then. Depeche Mode also held their "Exciter Tour" and "The Singles Tour" at the Honda center. The first time they played the Honda Center was on December 20th 1980.
The band has played Irvine Meadows four times, The Roxy in West Hollywood two times, as well as two Depeche Mode Hollywood Bowl concerts. They have also held two concerts at Dodger Stadium.
There have three Depeche Mode Santa Barbara Bowl concerts since their first one on August 5th 2001 during their "Exciter Tour". The band returned to the Bowl for their 2009 "Tour the Universe" tour and then again on September 24th 2013 Depeche Mode played the Santa Barbara bowl for "The Delta Machine Tour".

Depeche Mode played at the Shrine Auditorium for their "Ultra Lunch Parties" where they played "Useless" "Barrel of a Gone", "Home" and "Never Let me down again" on May 16th 1997. The boys have appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live stage twice with the first time on April 23rd 2009 then again on April 24th 2013 for their "Delta Machine Promotional Shows" playing a five song setlist of "Soothe My Soul", "Heaven", "Should Be Higher", "Enjoy the Silence" and "Personal Jesus".
