Both stemming originally from Las Vegas , Nevada are the two that make up The Crystal Method: Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland. Along with the worlds of other artists such as Fatboy Slim and The Prodigy, The Crystal Method were pioneers of the big beat electronica new wave when it swept the nation.

The boys of Crystal Method came together in 1993 when both of themselves found their ways to Los Angeles after leaving the city of sin, to which they soon became roommates in a rented house. It was at this old rented house that the boys started jamming in a little underground area out front that they referred to as "The Bomb Shelter". Soon the guys moved their act into the rented garage, and the tunes started pouring sweetly together.

As far as their name, it is a rather controversial idea that they had an influence of the substance crystal meth which led them to choose their group name. Though it is still debatable as to where they got the influence for their name, they have most recently chalked it up to a love of the past with the name Crystal , still being left up to interpretation.

Crystal Method as well has ventured into many outlets in the film industry. The boys can be hear on soundtracks from popular classics such as Spawn with "(Can't You) Trip Like I Do", The Replacement Killers "Keep Hope Alive", Gone in Sixty Seconds "Busy Child", Party Monster "You Know It's Hard", and many, many more adding to the list.

Their 2008 Live Concert Tour will kick off in New York at the Webster Hall on October 25 th , followed by the WaMu Theater in Seattle , Washington on a special Northwest Halloween night. November 15 th will bring Crystal Method on down to San Francisco where they will be performing at the Ruby Skye, followed by the Celebrities Nightclub in Vancouver , BC on December 4 th . The Crystal Method will end their 2008 concert tour with a bang in Orlando , Florida at The Social on December 18 th .
