When they started Bang Camaro up in Boston , Massachusetts , guitarist Bryn Bennett and Alex Necochea had no idea that they would reach the level of success they have come to. When they started with the idea of hard rock and "taking everything [they] loved about the genre, and throwing everything out that [they] hated," they definitely turned it into magic. With anywhere from ten to a total of twenty members on vocal at any given time, Bang Camaro boasts their belief in the guitar solos and less of the individual vocal solos.
With bassist Dave 'Doz' Riley, Peter McCarthy on drums, Alex Necochea, Bryn Bennett and Mike Oor all on guitars, the line up of vocalist more than triples the musicians in Bang Camaro with the talent of and not limited to: Rodrigo Van Stoli, Morgan Brown, Nick Given, Richie Howw, Glen Fant, Steve Trombley, Mike Soltoff, J. David Nugent, Jay Clifford, Zach Given, Jake Given, James Fant and Justin Buckley. It is definitely a packed tour bus when it comes to the members of Bang Camaro, to say the least.
Throughout many different outlets, the boys of Bang Camaro have graced mainstream level success on more than one occasion. A large consistency of their tunes are heard straight from the mecca of video game land, being featured in games such as Guitar Hero 2, "Push Push (Lady Lightning)", "Pleasure (Pleasure)" on Rock Band, "Night Lies" on Rock Band 2, "Rock of Mages" on Titan Quest and a few others, Bang Camaro definitely hit a good market with that niche.
Many members of Bang Camaro also headline in other groups such as the rock band Noble Rot in which Richie Hoss and Rodrige Van Stoli are a part of. Graeme Hall, Nick Given and Steve Trombley are part of the group The Vershok, and four of the guys from Bang Camaro get together every week to work on a podcast. They all definitely know how to venture out on their own into different aspects of the music and non music industry, which is quite refreshing these days.
